She worked for a warranty company traveling and working with new home builders from Augusta, GA to Jacksonville, and all areas in between for 14 years. During her years there, Alice gained a wealth of knowledge about new home warranties, new home construction, and remodeling. When she decided to go into real estate, her background knowledge and business connections helped her significantly. Alice continued to keep these connections tight and also build new ones over time with other agents.
